Raclette des Colombettes

This semi-soft, washed-rind cheese is made with whole milk from A2 Jersey cows from the Missiska farm herd. Made entirely by hand, its yellow-colored texture is soft and melting. This raclette has floral, lactic, and slightly fruity aromas.

A noble and generous cheese, to be enjoyed on its own or melted into a gratin or raclette.
